My American Collection
I've been collecting these American Switchblades for quite a few years. I had a good bit of help from our pal shursnap. Mark is one of the best. It's not a large collection but, I'm proud of it. Hope you folks enjoy it. (Best photo I could get).[attachment=0]

Very impressive collection you got there
Guns for show, knives for a pro!
Re: My American Collection
Since I do not have one knife like you have there I would call that a big collection. Very impressive Mr. Gunner.

I have to agree! Outstanding collection!
Re: My American Collection
Hello Lars,
Very impressive I like the stag on the knife in the bottom right. What type of knife is that? I'm still learning and I can't identify it.
Thank for sharing,
John

Re: My American Collection
Hello John, I call this knife a "Jaeger Bros.", because of the tang stamp. I bought it, from a friend of mine back around 1982. My understanding is that back in the 70's, this knife, along with others, were made from parts originally manufactured by the Aerial & Olsen Knife Company. The stag has really aged great on this one. This is one I would not part with. Now here's the best part. I bought it, in the outstanding condition that it's in, for.........wait for it................$75.00. Hope this helps. Take care, Gunner7.
