EK Boot Knives...
I need some information on 2 EK Knives....The "Secret Agent" and The "Desert Patrol jr." Boot Knives. I can't find information on these knives or a place that may have one for sale. I have a arm/leg sheath and would like to fill it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It was a company founded about 1941 by John EK...He made military knives that were used in World War ll, Korea, and Vietnam. The company was later known as Blackjack. See hyper-link below for one of their knives.

Sorry can't help with those models, but own an original EK knife (i think 33) model #6g254 made in Hamden, Conn. These are well made no-nonsense knives. Bought a copy of his commando knife from this site:

You are right, Blackjack Knives bought them over but went belly up shortly after.
If you do find any they will be costly, bought mine for $1500us a couple of years back. I wouldn't use these knives for daily carry. Instead used a Gerber MK1.

Well guys. I think the most i ever paid was $5000 for a set of old samurai swords that are about 250 years old.
To answer your question, Mr.Bigg, my most valuable pieces are kept in a safety box. The ones at home are guarded by Mr. Colt and his 6 kids and a 120 pound german shephard dog.
Thanks J-Man but i don't think i would ever display them, kind of illegal to own. Even for an ex LEO as our friend Waya puts it.

You can apply for a Prohibited Weapons bussiness permit, I think a musesum might cut it for the permit. It's usually issued to Entertaiment prop companies, movie companies and sometimes Martial arts schools. The reason it hasn't been mentioned before is because all "prohibited weapons" in Canadain musesums such as firearms have been de-activated. But it would be costly...
