Re: Latama's New Offerings
Would you be interested in a nice Latama swing guard?
Re: Latama's New Offerings
Sure why not.Is that the bait?
Re: Latama's New Offerings
Couple months back I bought two of Walt's swivels and they are solid. They open just as mean as my BURN! But I did feel the "stab" of the price, wished the would 've had more blade options.

Re: Latama's New Offerings
The prices have become steeper, for sure, but then I look around and it seems to be the trend for most things these days. It's all supply and demand too. Less are being offered so if you can't live without it, you skip a meal or two.
Myself, heck, I'm losing weight thanks to that logic. So that's my upside rationalization, it's about my health, so I'll buy another knife!

Talked with Walt, seems like a class act.And also ordered. A breath of fresh air from some of the others in the last 2 or 3 months. If SAR SHOW works out this week. I will order a few more. Maybe more.

Boots
What a lovely looking knife .
Really like the dagger grind and the stag is fantastic.
Is the Colt .45 yours ?
Always liked them and the Lugers from my gun collecting days ,but even then they were few and far between my side of the pond ,and now nigh on mpossible to own unless they are deactivated ,a crime to any gun in my opinion.
Great pics thanks so much for sharing.

Can't help but love that pic brother, and I've never seen a 1911 I didn't like either.
Back in the 80s, I used to have a brace of Lt. Commander 1911s with the shorter bull barrels! Well balanced in hand and a bit more concealable, still heavy as lead compared to what you can carry in that caliber these days.
Peace.

Hi Gents,
For no other reason than I liked the pic with the Latama and 1911, I thought I would share this pic.

Re: Latama's New Offerings
Wow, is that knife from PVK? I remember when I first saw a couple of those bones and skulls on at least two Latamas they were selling maybe a year ago but I hemmed and hawed too long and they were gone. I even emailed them and asked if there'd be any more and they said maybe if they could get more knives from them but supply was tight. Then recently I saw they had a couple more along with a Frank B swinger with a Genie motif on it. So I'm back to fighting with my budgetary consciousness. Do my wife and kids really need Christmas gifts?
Anyhow, sweet knife, and sweet single action too!

Hi Scott,
Yes mate, I got this Latama from PVK, I just couldn't resist. The last time I looked they had two more still available.
Appreciate your kind words. I thought the pair would make nice photo.
