New Graham Knives

I cant contact new graham knives via email
I tried several times at mdye@newgraham.com but keep getting message "failure delivery "
Anyone have this problem ???
Are they a good store ???

My mail have trouble getting through sometimes too, I would suggest calling them. They're all good people over there and they come highly recommended (that's an understatement).
