FIMSE BALISONG EVER SEE ONE?

I found this in my pile-o-knives today new in box balisong stamped FIMSE over ROSTFREI has anyone ever seen one like this? i know less than nothing about balis,any help would be appreciated muchness.thanx.
8 and 7/8ths inches open
5 and 1/4 closed

When I first say this I thought it said "flimsy Balisong", then I saw the pictures. I was confused because the knife looks pretty good. Then I reread the title. Now it makes sense.
This is the magic incantation congress uses to constantly violate the 10th Amendment - "...the manufacture, sale, transportation, distribution, possession, or introduction into interstate commerce of such shall be prohibited"

Any stamp of where it's made? Look on the box. Do you have pix of the box?

It looks like a Chinese Balisong.
