I have had this one forever. I broke the tip off from everyday use.

I have so very few,
I have a vintage longer one from a WWII vet bring-back about 12 inches. bone scales and teakwood bolsters.
an a very cool 9 inch bone Balisong in a leather pouch, inside a sliding lid wooden box.
and I have one similar to yours except shorter.
I had the "pen" for a while, but I traded it. . .

I think they are in a box with nun-chucks, throwing stars and my whippet nitrous dispenser. . . .

Balisongs / butterfly knives are cool, but I chose to collect other styles, , ,
I don't have too many levers or OTFs either. . . . just enough for "click therapy"

Anyways, the way I keep dropping my inkpen, and my TV remote,
I think I would stab my foot if I tried flipping one open at my age.
