I was wondering if there were any moves where you twirl the knife around your thumb, or something along those lines.....i can do some of them.

Horizontal y2k is the one move that twirls around the thumb,...it also can be done in reverse.There's also another one that twirls around the index finger,it can also be done horizontal position.
