Wood Handles

Post by Claudester »

Hi Bill,
I had asked a question in another forum about the cleaning of the TB knife.
Actually this question is for any new blade with wood handles. Once the oil is wiped off the knife can you use simichrome on the whole knife including the wood. I have used a paste wax in the past but I was wandering about the simichrome.
Thanks

Mr. C,

Take a look at my response to Jim D. on the other forum/thread. I have used simichrome on wood and it has worked well for me.

Simichrome works on wood, but you will need to wax it afterward.
