Restoring Finish

Post by stepdaddy »

Mr DeShivs:

I have an EDC that came with cocobola handles. New they were a very nice light brown. Since this knife gets handled often the handles have since darkened to a very dark brown just one shade lighter then black. Is there an easy way to restore the finish? KEY WORD EASY

Buff with 0000 steel wool, then paste wax. It's even easier if you can get someone else to do it for you.
