I have noticed on the knife auctions Conversion coil Springs does anyone have a listing of knives that can be converted using these springs or other means? perhaps a site out there.

No sites I know of. The springs on BA are for converting Boker Top Lock to Speed lock [a fairly easy job]. Also replacement springs are listed for the Magnum [sold by Boker in Europe but NOT made by Boker].
