I'm doing much better, but as the surgeon says- I still have a 70 year old back! The intense pain is gone now, but the usual old lower back pain is still there. I got along with it before the synovial cyst surgery and it actually may be a little better since.

Glad you are feeling better Bill. Medical matters are not hugely fun but good when there is improvement.

That, I can relate to, Bill! I'm on my 5th day of some miserable virus, myself. This one attacked my respiratory system and caused major trouble breathing. There's so many virus' going around. This one is the purest form of misery.

It's winter and that's usually when we get sick. Stay inside and keep warm, drink plenty of fluids, but not alcohol.
