The lead guitarist for the Monkees passed away, December 10th, 2021. He was 78 years of age.

I liked the Monkees,
I liked the songs, both the "Wrecking Crew" stuff and their own stuff.

Yeah, I was very sorry to hear this but seems he ended up going out doing what he wanted to do, playing and touring, shortly before he passed. A very talented man.
