Vintage 9" Italian Picklock

Post by Chris51P »

Here r some pics of a recent purchase of an older Italian picklock. Not sure of the age but it's definitely from the '50's if not older. Has a carbon steel blade, NS bolsters, safety and button, unmolested bayo blade with the front tang stamp "ITALY" and no rear stamp. Beautiful aged horn scales w/red dot safety. A true survivor. Would love to hear what u think the age could be and who was the maker.

Nice and I love the unmolested ones. I would not do a thing to it.

Wow! Great vintage specimen! Congrats!
Mistakes are like knives. They can help us or they can hurt us. It all depends on whether we grab ‘em by the handle or by the blade.
