At least we agree on the Case/Henckels scenario... :)
Quaero, pardon me for asking and I don't want to name names, but are you the author of quite a few switchblade books ?

Yes, and I've had the pleasure of meeting you at a show.

The pleasure was all mine. What a day that was.. it was my first Eugene show and I was overwhelmed with all the switchblades. I had the pleasure of meeting you and our mutual friend Bill C. that day .. I always appreciated the time you took to talk to an obvious newbie and your help acquiring a couple of the books I had been missing .. I may be late but I would like to say welcome and I am very glad to see you here !

Thanks and yes, Eugene is absolutely one of the best knife shows in the country. Sadly, I've just heard that the upcoming spring show has been canceled for the second year in a row due to the virus.

Thank you Quaero, for the reading recommendation. My copy arrived today. I sure better step up my German collecting game! I had NO idea so many German makers and their stamps could possibly exist. This is a LOT of book!

Great to see that you got the book!!!
What it lacks in pictures, it makes up for in invaluable information.
