this is the guy that won best of show at the Central TX Knife Show that I was at last weekend.

is that a gravity knife or switch?
I dont see a finger nail knotch to get it open?

its neither... just a "plain" ol fixed blade.
but for something that isnt an auto or a bali, its amazing.

I neglected to notice the top picture and the fact that i thought the only fixed blades were kitchen knives on this forum :lol:

Making one that simple look perfect is very hard to do. The fancy ones can hide flaws better. That is fantastic.

The japanese custom makers are fantastic. They put in details where any other knifemaker couldn't be bothered. You can see the Loveless influence(Loveless is like a God in Japan) but this knife goes well beyond. It is plain at first glance then when you take in the detail and little things it takes it beyond plain Vanilla. Very nice knife indeed.
