Ring Cutlery Open....and more...

Post by Switchblade9 »

Ok...finally got a decent shot of the Ring Cutlery in open positon.

And while I was at it....I took a couple of shots of this nifty little Danex flatguard. It's about 6 3/4 inches and snaps like a madman. Could use some new scales however. I'm going to try soaking it in mineral oil and see if that helps. If not, its off to the knife doctor for some pretty new horn.

Ah...you have excellent taste, my friend. Yep, that Coricama is a real beauty. I'd love to have a couple of more of them, but they are a bit steep pricewise...WHEN you can find them!

Michael,

Judging by the thickness of the spring, I can envision a need to wear a wrist brace when firing the Coricama.

Greetings again Michael,

I suppose if I was pushed I might settle for that other one... you know... got a wavy blade and a little square button to open it..... but only if I was pushed.... :D

Hi Jim...yeah...I see rotator cuff surgery in my future with that one. Hardest snap I've ever felt. Kicks like a .44 mag. Teddy, if I ever decide that I just have too many knives, I'll let you know and you can take your pick. No pun intended, of course. But...I would hold my breath on that one. LOL.
