Remington Knives
I have picked these up over the last few years at estate sales. Any information on whether these are USA produced or from China Will be appreciated. Only thing I am sure about is the R1178 Bullet is from 1991, sticker on the back of the box.
Re: Remington Knives
Cool set ! . . . boxes and everything.
I like the Stockman design.
I have a tiny tiny modern (1980's) Kabar and an every day carry in the stockman design.
There's a fairly old Remington Barlow Knife in my late Father's collection.
nothing special, red jigged bone, so it's not that old.
I have a Remington Rand . . Gov. 1911-A1 45auto in my collection.
and a second 45, with a Remington slide, on a modern Essex Frame

Very cool set. I’m too like the Stockman.

Re: Remington Knives
Camillus made Remington-marked knives for quite a while. Then, Bear MCG bought the rights to the Remington name.
Bear no longer owns the rights, so they are probably made in China now.
