Auto ordnance 1927a1
Bought this new about 6 months ago.So accurate, the heaviness of the gun negates any recoil. Fit and finish are excellent. Ran 200 rounds through it flawlessly with 50 round drum and 20 round stick.thanks for looking

Anytime my friend...
Re: Auto ordnance 1927a1
Years ago, I had an earlier version of the same gun.
Except mine WOULD NOT accept drum magazines,
I loved bench shooting it, but I hated humping it to the frog pond,
it was too dang heavy.
I added a bunch of text to a different string

Hey Jerry that enforcer is badass.i think IverJohnson made them also.i first had a volunteer arms Tommy gun knockoff that shot well,I would take it deer camp every year.fun to shoot but not as accurate as an auto ordnance, but much lighter because of an alloy frame. The Tommy with the 30 rd clip sits at my range like a gallery gun and the recoil spring has loosened a little bit.
Re: Auto ordnance 1927a1
Iver Johnsons are "Real" carbines with solid cast operating handles and real M2 compatible trigger frames.
Mine is a "Universal" made of bent and twisted plate metal, stamped and welded.
It has a twin recoil spring and the trigger housing is shaped different and does not match M2 disconnector geometry.
Many internal parts are not compatible with army surplus. The Barrel did not accept an M1 sight., But an O3A3 sight fit.
The receiver rear sight dovetail groove did not match a real rear adjustable sight, I had to mill the surplus sight to fit.
But it runs GREAT. . .no complaints. . . Mine is hot rodded up with aftermarket stuff.
It came with the receiver drilled and tapped with a scope mount / brass deflector installed,
which effectively blocks off any M2 selector, and the big recoil block is the wrong size and shape for M2.
But I still have the factory pistol grip stock and sights ( front and back). . boxed up somewhere.
