Couldn't say, I don't eat much fish. I imagine it would do nicely, since my creedo is that if I can't shave with it, I won't carry it.

I usually take along my mikov when I go out to dinner, and prefer slicing my meat with it.

Man that sound painful. :lol:

Damn, when a good idea hits me, it rings like a new plank in a rotten hull. Next time I go to Delmonico's, I'm taking my Godfather to cut the steak. Thanks McGyver, forgive me if I pretend it was my idea when I'm acting like I always do that sort of thing.

A cutlery company, Berti, used to offer a folding steakknife because resturant cutlery is so bad. Don't forget to clean it before putting it away, esp if its an otf;)
