recently found in italy in old factory where these knives were made, stored in attic since 1962, NOS "as found" condition never polished or wiped down etc , does have lite scratches here and there , everything works as intended , this one is stamped (c.jul Herbertz IMPORT) on front tang and (Rostfrei) on back, beautiful colorful genuine brazilian horn handles no cracks or chips bug bites etc nice looking handles . Great acquisition Heimdall, I was literally teetering on getting it myself. Those things are so damned cool looking. To anyone else considering one, the last time I checked, Adam's had one of the all stainless models for 750. Now I'll have to talk myself down off that one. Haha. Seriously, congrats on the knife, a super addition to your collection I'm sure! Peace.
