Yes sir I checked there and I didn't find anything, it seems they have disappeared, can't find not even one anywhere. But I appreciate your input.

Did you get the one on ebay that Tom mentioned? I like the medallion it has.

The one that sold on EBAY was one of the older models. They had a run in the 1970s and 1990s. The 1970s had no medallion and the 1990s did. The new AKC run is a different model.

I was wondering if he got it too? It went for less than the last few....

That’s good info Tom. I wasn’t aware of the 70’s and 90’s with and without the medallion. I do have one with the medallion, so now I know it’s from the 90’s. You mentioned the one that sold was an older model, but it too had the medallion. Were the 70’s models tang stamped instead?

Yes I did win that one thank you guys for all the input. A special thanks to Tom for the info I just received a Falcon Fishtail at an Army surplus store online, when I received the knife I thought it was odd that it didn't have a medallion nor a stamp, now I know that it's from the 70's it's mint thanks again Tom.

These are the "new" run as in 2019-present. The "older ones" were slightly different style. The one Frank won was the second run with the medallion but still the old style from the 70s. There is no noticeable difference between the 70s and 90s but the last run of 2019 is totally different. The older ones are better as far as I am concerned....
