Yes "Exception" seems to clearly point to a Customs import situation. If you had ordered your items with a tracking facility and the "exception" occurred in the USA then your items definately arrived there, and it wont be any failure on SKM's part. Similar things happen in my country and in every case it's always been at the Customs end. If you have authority to import the items as is required where switchblades are allowed in some countries then a ring to your local Customs people would be the way to go. If however, you imported the items into your country under the "take the chance" exercise and Customs have it then they will eventually get round to getting in touch with you. Good luck. Dick.
