skm vacation ?

does anybody know if skm is compleatly closed for the rest of the month,or just shipping?
I ordered a knife over a week ago with a credit card and when i look up my account it keeps telling me they are still processing my card info , I would not think it would take this long ! :|

I'm not sure they are ever not on vacation. Good luck, I hope you get a hold of someone.

Usually, in the past, they have not shipped [or transacted sales] in August.

Italy [and probably] a couple other countries in Euroland, take August off.
It is not unusual for an empoyee in Europe to get 4-6 weeks vacation - his 1st year with the company.
I always had to work 5 years to get 3 weeks vacation :roll:
The U.S. is WAY behind on this but, few of us pay 50%+ income tax, like much of Euroland. And so far we do NOT have a "value added" tax - although the dems are thinking about it :shock:

Not only is Italy closed in the month of August, but the pace of life is very different. They move slower. Here in the US everything is done real fast, over night, instant, etc. It's a healthier life style, less stress: they enjoy life more that we do here in the US. Here people live to work. In Italy people work to live.
