Why can't a country that can build cars like Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Maserati make knives like MicroTech, ProTech, and Dalton?

Does anyone REALLY want a Stiletto made on a CNC machine, that costs $200 or more?
Let's ask it another way.
Would you like to order 6 Leverlocks and have them all identical?
I would gladly pay extra for a traditional looking Stiletto that was as fast, strong, sharp, and easy to disassemble and reassemble as a Protech Godfather. But it MUST have the SOUL that only an Italian can have.
[In other words I still want a true heavy-duty working Stiletto].
The 9 1/2" partially serrated Leverlock in my back pocket is very close to
perfect, slightly thicker liners would give it more strength but that is about the only improvement it needs. PLEASE bring back this blade style.
[I'm old fashioned and I would like to see a carbon steel blade option on at least some knives].

Hey Nick,
"Airmail" in Italian is translated roughly as "sent via the Transatlantic Bridge", and the weather has caused some serious delays. Stay cool. I know it's hard. 8)
If there's one thing I have learned, there's a lot of things I don't know.

It only took Christopher Columbus 3 months to make the trip. Evidently international shipping hasn't improved that much.
