Coricama Kris Pick Lock Set

Post by Highspeedsteel »

Pretty glad to accumulate this set of 23cm, 28cm and 33cm Coricama kris examples. The 33cm has a square stamped liner; first time I’ve ever seen that... has anyone ever seen a 20cm or smaller?

Beautiful set! Though I’ve never seen a Coricama kris blade in 8” or less, I can’t imagine why there wouldn’t be one (some) out there. 8” kris are found with other stamps, you’d surely think some went through Coricama.

Absolutely stunning trio. 8)

The horn on these knives is to die for and they are in beautiful condition .
Hope you can find a 20 cm ,or an 18cm for your set Highspeedsteel in the future ,they just look great together.

There must be one floating around then! I have been on knife buying restriction since I bought my neighbor's house and am trying to move my mother in next door to me in a couple months, but I just won't tell her if I find an 8" Cori kris LOL

Thank you, my friend!
I heard from a highly reputable source that there were likely less than 40pc produced (20cm/8" kris) and seeing on here that a member had one at one point, gives me hope that there's a possibility I might locate one (or even see one!) at some point
