Knife identification
Hi, gents, and forum Admins, maybe its good to create a separate thread for those, who wants to identify a switchblade? And post all pictures and similar questions there.
Here is mine, for starters, found online, its a swivel bolster. No marks, sharpened.
who can be the manufacturer? japan or italy?

Re: Knife identification
The swedge "smells" Italian to me, first instinct.
Re: Knife identification
1970's italian.
all 3 of these knives were Edge Co.
The middle knife was an Italian Blade on a Taiwan Handle.
The bottom knife was all Italian.
The scales and bolsters seems to match the bottom specimen.
So I'm going with 1970 Italian.

Re: Knife identification
I have a similar looking knife I inherited from my dad. It is marked "Latama" and I know it is pre-1960 because my I remember my dad carrying it in the early 60's and he said he got it during the Korean War.
