Campolin/Lepre Black Widow

Post by Billyfish »

What are the chances that these guys will make another run of this knife?
I get the impression from the shellpuller thread that this is not always a certain thing with the Maniago cutlers.

I’d send Angelo an email; ask if he plans to make more. You can put a WTB thread in the Buy/Sell topics.
I’m guessing that it could be sometime before more are made.
I hope you can add one to your collection.

Thanks John, I already have one. 8)
I was just curious about whether the makers routinely only make one run of a certain design; is this a common occurrence ?

I don't know how often these are made, but I know they sold fast. I bought this one night. There were only three choices of handles left. The next morning I looked at them again and they were all sold out.

It is very  beautiful, but I have stopped "collecting" these knives. (I simply can't justify the expense).

Price of a stiletto shure has went up over the years. When I was buying years ago you could buy a nice 9" stiletto for $35. Those were the days!

Interesting change on the latest release, the horn scales version (at least the one I got) has no bottom bolsters.

Looks like they sold out. They were on knifeshop.com a few days ago. They go fast.
