That is a beauty. Did you get it at Blade? I have a 9" with very similar scales.

A beauty! Did the big ones not have the brass pivot pin?

Thanks for the replies. I do not know the answer to the pivot pin question JuleV. Maybe Bill can answer that one. All of my Coricamas have differences.

The Coricama factory then and now. The building is now a museum.

I noticed that also. I do see some picklocks. I do not know when they quit making switchblades. I have seen a Coricama Inox switchblade before.

Awesome, Thanks for sharing. Especially the museum pics. Coricama's are still on my list. None yet, but always looking.

The factory pics are cool. Though Coricama never produced switchblades, the museum is just in the old factory representing the Maniago Cutlery Industry I would guess. Is this the museum run by Lucio DiBon?

That is correct JV. The Coricama factory seen here only made folding knives. Switchblade manufacturing was contracted out to the same craftsmen that made Edwin Jay. The old factory is now a cutlery museum.

Coricama is now known for making dental tools. Website: www.coricama.it
