Hi everyone! I'm new here, thank you for accepting me.
I've recently started a journey to find out where this blade comes from.
It was given to me by my father, and he got it from his father before
The blade says FAMEX solingen, but I can't find to much information about the brand.
I saw some razor blades with the famex name , but no levelocks like this one.
I found out that E & F Horster used this name to import blades to France, Italy and Spain but i don't know if this is true.
The only thing I'm sure about is that this knife belong to my grandfather before my father was born (1964).
I will let some pictures of the knife.
I will really appreciate it if someone can give me any information about it.
Thanks everyone!
Ps: (sorry for my english, I'm from Argentina)

Re: Leverlock Knife
glad to have you with us Amigo, nice Leverlock you have there, I am not that sure on the age, but I am going to say made in the 1950's,sad to say but it look's like the blade not full, the best part is that your knife is still in the family.
Re: Leverlock Knife
I’m not an expert, but your knife looks like a Springer type. Most likely made in Germany for Famex a tool company from Denmark.
