I can tell you it's a great looking piece Mike, is there any stamp on it?

Beautiful knife!
Mistakes are like knives. They can help us or they can hurt us. It all depends on whether we grab ‘em by the handle or by the blade.

Very cool, it appears to be in great shape. I’m thinking it’s Italian made, but you didn’t need me to tell you that. I hope someone can give you more information.

Mike,

I don't know what to say other than I have never seen one like that before. Not that I'm an expert, but given the number of knives I have seen over the years I think it is safe to say it is either an uncommon model or a customized knife.

That's a horrible looking knife. Send it to me and I will safely dispose of it for you.

Seriously, though, that's a gem. I collect vintage 16cm's and finding an unusual pattern like that would be a dream come true for me.
