Nice "user". You just have to love where automatics are going. The modern "working/user" auto is taking us back to the thrilling days of yesteryear when automatic knives were considered tools, instead of "thug equipment".
Fishtail - you made a thought provoking point. Some examples come to mind; the automatic Girl Scout knife, the "one arm man's" knife, the paratroopers knives, leverlocks.
Allen - what are you thoughts on the model now that you own one?
It's a really nice knife Jim but with my arthritis I sometimes have trouble opening it. It's expensive enough that I wouldn't carry it anyway.
Thanks for the comments guys. If you want to see it opening go to "Artistic Switchblade" on facebook. There is a short video of it's action.
I'm proud of Walt. . . .
a lot of thinking went into that . .
it evolved a bit to suit the manufacturing.
How he can motivate and supervise is fascinating
and he has good taste.
I was somewhat involved, but mostly pre-production.
More than a year or maybe Five years ago. Lots of drawings. . .
But.
I'm bound not to disseminate patent or design intellectual property.

No, I'm not dead . . . just really tired these days.
