Sorry for the unfair confusion, guess the answer is no. First time for everything and it looks like he will be stuck with the knife. It's a shame that people have be dishonest and won't back their word. Ruins it for a lot of people.

I've looked over the site and about anything they sell that isn't custom can be had cheaper at other sites. Doesn't seem like the people running the place are well spoken of around here but the choice is yours.

Let's hope it doesn't come to a war! My dad told me during WW II the only men you saw in Grant Co. IN were teen aged boys and old men, the rest were off fighting in the war. On the other hand that would leave a lot of young hotties for us old farts. You gotta look on the brite side!!!

As far as restrictions it depends on the laws in your state. A lot of states have recently changed laws regarding knives so I wouldn't worry about it. I wouldn't worry about it anyway just don't get stupid with it, leave it at home, don't put it in your car and forget about it.
