Re: Broken Spring...
That sucks, it's not typical, but it does happen. Usually it's a result of a poorly tempered spring. I doubt you'll have it happen again. Longer springs do not (typically) equal stronger action. Long skinny springs (like those in the 13inch body) actually tend to be weaker action. The 15" bodies are...

Blade HQ has the blackwood version for $141 http://www.bladehq.com/item--Benchmade-Blackwood-Mini--1217 I've not done business with Blade HQ so do not know how reliable they are. You can then get the winewood in-lays from http://www.knifecenter.com/kc_new/store_detail.html?s=BM615A (actually it look...

Skewed. Skewed? Skewed! I found the thread in it's 1st 20 pages to be hilarious, in what is undoubtedly the funniest stream of consciousness thread I've ever read (or participated in). Multiple levels of Intelligence, delusion, derangement, and humor, mixed right in your face. It set the tone betwee...

Re: Good knife or not
For a good user you can beat mercilessly, I like Mikov. I'm right fond of their "multiblade" lever lock. They're not pretty (nor are they scarey which is usually good for a working knife), but they are sturdy, and utilitarian. We have a member here who deals in them. Oh, and welcome to the forum Mr....

Re: Italian Switchblade Kits...
Yes, I know you've heard it before, but my suggestion is that you sell those knives either in kit form or otherwise. They have the cleanest lines! Just killer excellent work. Outsource your milling, get some 20 or so kits milled up and sell them. I'll take one. Maybe you should see if there's enough...

We traced the clown, making it a bit simpler in order to get a nice laser engraving.
Let me know if you like it or if something should be changed.

Re: Mr. Tiny
Actually his son has posted here under his account. He may be reading this, or it may be possible to PM him. I wonder if the duality of an engraved R.I.P. would be too crass for our departed friend. It might cause some heavenly chuckles. Very nice guy to do business with, and from what I understand,...

Re: Mr. Tiny
I'd not met Tiny in person, but I think an 11" picklock in honey horn with a skull (or maybe a clown)
button would suit our departed friend.
