Re: gearbest.com?

Fasttech is a little faster that Gearbest but you're probably still looking at at least two weeks... JB

Re: gearbest.com?

A little off topic but I just ordered another Gerber Covert Auto from Blade HQ where they're on sale for $100 including shipping. Sometimes I buy a knife and don't want to put it into service until I have another one for my collection... These are very nice and at a great price. JB

Re: gearbest.com?

Hey Fishtail, this is the only Ganzo auto that I don't have. Let me know how you like it. Based on the ones that I do have I think you will. JB

Re: gearbest.com?

Thanks againRoss, I rodered one of those OTFs that you found. Let's compare notes when you get yours. By the way, since I posted my photos I got a couple of Ganzo G736s with dark wood scales. Very nice and under $20 - I recommend them! JB

Sammy:

I just checked and Fasttech has the Ganzo autos at just a little more than Gearbest. I've ordered from Fasttech and they are good. Check it out:

Re: gearbest.com?

The Ganzos have a coil spring and function with a mechanism very similar to a Boker or S&W. They make really nice carry pieces, don’t hesitate… JB

Re: gearbest.com?

Hey Ross, I did notice that Gearbest doesn't have autos anymore. That's a shame they were an incredible deal and I'm really glad I picked up a few while they had them. JB

Re: gearbest.com?

Here's a photo lineup. Al are really nice; heavy, well constructed, tight with zero blade play and SHARP! I highly recommend! JB

Re: gearbest.com?

Hey all, I haven't been around for a while. Very busy with work and a few health issues - better for now... I just received 10 Ganzo and 1 Enlan knives from Gearbest. It took about 18 - 20 days to arrive, not bad. I got 6 autos (3 G707 - 2 G736 - 2 G7212) and the rest are non autos. I have to say I ...

Thanks guys, I agree. I have a strong urge to clean it but I will resist. I bet that blade would look like new though...

Re: My New German Paratrooper

I only have two of these WWII vintage Paratroopers. Mine are the two most common (Weyersberg & SMF type 1s). I like common varieties of collectables as long as they're in good condition. I think rarity is for the more advanced collectors of things. I am itching to clean the blade but I think that IF...

My New German Paratrooper

I haven't been around at all lately - sorry my work has had me really busy... I haven't even been buying knives much either BUT I just picked up a Weyersberg Type I German Paratrooper Gravity knife 10 days ago at the gunshow. I've owned a few of these over the years and have seen many in pictures an...
