Yeah Bill, the knives are much cheaper. My son and his wife live in the central part of your state. They are musicians, and are not famous so they are not wealthy (unlike some other residents of their area). Housing prices there have skyrocketed!

Thanks for the feedback. I don't own any of those models either, but would like to. The issue is that nice examples cost as much as a small house

The two on the left are from the first run which is evident by the lack of the trademark sign after "Leverletto". The two on the right are dyed bone.

There were some larger real Leverlettos made, but I'm not sure of the exact length.

I too make the distinction between clone and counterfeit.

Those knives usually open very fast, and have been referred to as the "silver bullet" model.
