Re: The Berghof / Hitler's home - Scale model
The maker expressly does not mention who had owned this building and certainly does not espouse any views that the original owner may have had. As stated on the website, "It's all about the building". The architecture itself has some interesting aspects especially the main. central structure. Howeve...

AGA Campolin 15" and 18"ers Plus Other Biggies
I have decided to pass on some of my larger knives to others in need! Attached are pictures of some Damascus stag handled examples and some "regular" big knives, a couple of which are customs. If interested, let me know and I can provide better pictures as well as any interesting info. Reasonable of...

Re: 12 angry men movie colorized.
That movie always bothered me. In a real jury deliberation, the "evidence" supplied by Mr. Fonda's character would have resulted in a mistrial with a contempt of court charge for that person. Add to that the cost of refinishing the table....

Re: OMG! I made a pink knife!
Those knives look incredible. How about selling them as-is to someone here who enjoys sharpening and polishing to complete your vision. I'm sure you could also find others interested in completing unfinished examples. Worth a shot?

Re: Lebanon? Dagger....is it valuable?
Another tourist knife, purchased by parents in Beirut, Lebanon about 60 years ago. At that time it was known as the Paris of the Middle East, very secular and cosmopolitan. Not so much these days.
Scabbard is solid brass. No markings on blade.

Re: Lebanon? Dagger....is it valuable?
Here are two knives with similar profiles. The larger one, really a short sword, was given to me by my brother who got it in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, 20 or so years ago. (During that trip, he was treated to the stoning of a woman for adulatory half a block from his hotel.) The strap is designed to go a...

Re: Lebanon? Dagger....is it valuable?
Looks like a tourist knife. I have one or two, but not marked "Lebanon". No great value but kinda cute. I'll try to dig one of mine out and post pix.

Jeeze, Bernie. Your rant reeks of jealousy. Are you PISSED because you didn't come up with the Leverletto concept first?
