Re: VERY VERY strange knife
Whether you won it or not, it's a very cool rare knife that any of us would be thrilled to own.

Re: I'm looking for a 11 or 13" vintage manual picklock stil
NEMO does beautiful work. I guess that I just don't see a point in converting knives when auto's are still plentiful. Not saying it's wrong, just my personal feeling. It can be tough to find a good vintage auto-picklock. I'm still kicking myself for being cheap with this auction and letting myself ...

I totally agree with you. It would be a sin to convert a vintage piece. Why not convert a Kissing Krane or a Falcon?Panzerfaust wrote:Why do you want to convert a vintage manual stiletto? These knives are now collectible in their own right.

Re: Wanted: 11" ROSCO Picklock Stiletto
That's a tough size to find Bernie. I recently traded for an 11" kris Rosco to complete my kris set. The only Rosco I need now is the elusive 12cm bayo. Good Luck!

Re: Movie Switchblades
I was contacted through the forums by a prop manager at a movie studio. He wanted to either lease or buy an old switchblade from the early 1900's. I chose not to get involved. Dang, I didn't know you were that famous. I know I'll be dropping his name more than a few times when I see my friends over...

Re: Movie Switchblades
There is a flashback scene in "True Blood" where Eric meets Pam. A Jack the Ripper type flashes a Switchblade. That knife was supplied by Bob of SharperDeal at their request. That's cool! Did they find him through the forums? I was contacted through the forums by a prop manager at a movie studio. H...
