The stag is nice, I’m just kinda picky about stag scales.
The black knife is stamped “Italy Stainless.”
Here is another pic of the stag. You can see daylight between the scale and the bottom of the button.
I don’t know any way to fix, short of removing the scale.

I don’t know of any sources for a direct replacement.
You might try modifying one of these from AliExpress; swap out the ends and see if it works. Might be too long, or short, so you might have to cut or stretch the spring.
They’re cheap, so you could buy several if your first attempt doesn’t work.

I didn’t order a 13 (yet). He sent the pic in answer to a question I had about the spring and sear.

I think he has the knife pretty much laid out as a template, so the process is more efficient. And, he may have some others doing part of the work.
