Bill, I contacted my friend about the Black Beauty/Mauro Mario and he told me it was stolen a few years ago, he thinks one of his sons' friends took it. @ Bill DeShivs, a friend of my fathers responded to a black beauty ad and got an 8 or 9 inch Mauro Mario, He's long past away but I'm going to try to contact his son and see if he still has it. Jim

I agree with most that has been stated here, but the scale material such as stag and buffalo horn and even blonde horn do not come from Italy it has been this way for a long time. I almost got one at the Blade Show in around 1998 from a fella named the Master but I thought 600 dollars was too much to pay. What a dope! lol Jim

I have never seen a 2 bladed Mexican tourist knife in 50 yrs of collecting, however that does not mean it is very valuable. Like Redeye says you can't ever figger out this hobby if somebody really needs it to fill out a collection or set they may pay well above what it is really worth, I'd keep it b...
