The bright work looks Gold in the pix, if correct might be a Linder from China Linder new.jpg KrisNZ XBMX could be correct with his Lindner identification . Your knife has the same 2 pins in the bottom bolster as the picture he showed ,,cant make out the writimg on blade from the picture you posted...

I was thinkng with the 2 rivets on the bottom bolster it was Italian?

For me the giveaways are the "Rostfrei" stamp combined with the distinct blade stop/back spring. It has no broad lock head, so not a pick lock or swivel bolster. And there is no lock release anywhere in the spine of the handle like on a swing guard. Thank, How come there's no seer hole in the blade?
