Thanks, Whippersnapper.
BTW, do you guys know that an unemployed court jester is nobody's fool?
Oh, no! Now I'm doing it!

Thank you John.
Photos
After a long list of medical problems, I'm back. I am having trouble uploading photos. I'm told the photos are too big to upload. Now, I'm just this side of being computer illiterate, have little experience with digital cameras, and, obviously do not know what I am doing. Is there a thread about upl...

Re: Photo adding dilemma
Thanks for the help. Will try after getting ready for Hurricane Dorian. I'm in (not so sunny) Florida.

Re: Photo adding dilemma
Thanks for the info. I, too, want to Trick or Treat at your house. Unless you're using that as a warning. Funny that we love knives so much that we consider that an attraction. My wife saw it and said that she'd never go up to that house. (you wouldn't be renting out rooms, would you?)

Photo adding dilemma
How does one upload photos here? I'm doing something wrong. Someone please point me to the right thread, or link, or whatever. Thanks!
Re: guests
Many groups today are suffering from attendance and participation. Online, and physical clubs, etc. Groups like Veteran organizations, hobby clubs, civic groups, and so many others. Either people don't come and join, or they join, and don't show up for meetings, help with activities or contribute th...

I like the sense of humor here. And I love calling her "the silver/gray". I have one myself.

Fantasy Dragon Sword Cane
I'm new here, and learning a lot. I have a cane sword with a Dragon's head handle. I find no markings on it anywhere. It looks old, but, I don't think it's old. I took as many photos from all angles as I could. Any help would be appreciated. Please note: I did take many pix, but, cannot find them! :...

Knife "lingo"
Is there a thread, or guidelines, for the novice to learn the abbreviations, and part names, mechanisms, and such? I'm trying to learn, by reading other posts, and keep coming up with words to look up, or abbreviations that I cannot find written out. I'm relatively sure that I am not the only uneduc...

Re: Buying on Ebay
Glad to hear. In my experience, many people don't quite understand the ebay bids for you idea. But, of course, experienced folks here, bidding on high end knives, etc. would know how to do that. I was just trying to be helpful, and contribute to the forum.

Re: Miniature Knives
Yeah, these look like keychain knives. No stilettos, though. Only folding pocket knives.
Like EVERYTHING else out there, there are collectors of these as well.
Thanks, Sammy.

Miniature Knives
Having been in the Collectibles market, I have come across various novelty miniature knives, which are very small. Some are actually CrackerJack prize charms, (I think), shaped like tiny pocket knives. Under 1" long, and some of them open & close like real pocket knives. And, a tiny straight razor, ...

Buying on Ebay
I've seen a few mentions of being outbid at the last seconds when bidding on ebay. I sell on ebay, and have for many years, and want to let you all in on a "secret" way to win bids. Let ebay bid for you. Unless the bidding reaches higher than your maximum bid, ebay always gets the last bid. Tell the...
