If you want cheap filleting knives you can get all you want from China. Put Google to work and you will have no problems finding them. I bought the Spiralizer Apple Peeler couple months ago after reading several guides and have used ever since then. This thing works great! It took me 1-2 minutes to peel, core, slice 5 large apples. I bought a Kyocera Ceramic 4.5-inch Utility Knife couple months ago and haven't been disappointed. DEFINITELY recommend this little guy!
