Here's a photo of the new "fuller blade" dagger model in Mother Of Pearl that Walt recently offered. Apparently somewhat popular, as they all seem sold out. I think the center groove could be referred to as a "blood groove" I've seen described on other knives...

Ahh, yes. True, you’ve reminded me about that mid-lock back small hump. Forgot about that. Like Greg mentioned above , apparently different variations I wasn’t aware of.

That's a special beauty, Bartlow! Much larger than most of the Italian "medici style" knives that are more common in 7". Even the German made Puma Medici is only 7", so this larger size is very unique. The RJ Richter stamp is a big bonus as well! Excellent!
