I have a Yoshiblade ceramic knife. It is as dull as a butter knife. Never was as sharp as I was made to believe...
Can these knives be sharpened (by a no-talent amateur), or should I just chuck it?
Thanks for any info...

Re: Ceramic Knife
I don't have ANY of those. Doesn't look like I will be sharpening my Yoshiblade anytime soonness - Not gonna spend a buncha money to sharpen a $20 buck dollar knife...wazu013 wrote: It said it takes three steps

Re: Ceramic Knife
Ya they can be sharpened...but like you said its the cost. To pay someone or even to buy the equipment would cost more then $20 either way...so probably just buy another Yoshiblade!
Re: Ceramic Knife
Hi Jerr,
I got this with my "ceramic" kitchen knife. I call it my tactical, due to it being yellow & white. The blade says: High Density Zirconia. I think sameness. The "ingredients" claims Whetstone + Diamond (1200)
