440c BM42 Vs. 154cm B42

i have a new in the box never opened bm42 with a 440c blade. what is all of the history on the 440c models were they made earlier than the 154cm models or what? are they worth more than the 154cm models? also are they more rare tha the 154cm models? if you guys could help me answer these questions it would help alot thanks.

well its definately not fake cause it has all the characteristics of the real but its 440c not 154cm. and the handles are titanium cause they are very light and the the stamp is almost black not very light tan like on the fake

thanks for the site i definately have the same measurements exactly as the 440c spring latch has. should i anodize the holes blue on the handles i think it would look cool but will it lower the value??
