I wonder iffin it woulda played out the same way if only a single pair was ordered. Seems like he suddenly needed a set of tires or something. That's a big jump. Bulk rates are s'posed to be discounted, I thought.
I'd rather have a Bottle-in-Front-of-me, than a Frontal-Lobotomy!
