I imagine so. The knife will have to be disassembled and reassembled.

The knife is disassembled now, should i just send the lever? also there is a small coil spring attached under the button, will that be a problem?

Send the whole knife. The coil spring is probably not original.

The scales are shot and i'll have to make new ones later if that won't effect your work. also can you give me a ball park estimate on the time and cost for the button repair?
