I tried going in and trying to figure out what else to try and managed to get myself locked out with the same message you're getting jerry. I managed to get back in by clicking on the forgot password link. It made me change my password again.
I got in and clicked to force reactivation. Check your verizon emails, including spam, to see if you gor an email from sharperdeal forums. If you get one try to do what it says.
If you can get back to the login page try the forgot password thing.
I'm out of ideas if none of that works except for trying to contact sharperD and that is about impossible anymore for me.
