One of the two most annoying noises to come out of a car, the other being those car alarms, which always seem to go off when the owner is in Tahiti for a month. Ah well another thing I can use my shotgun for.

Man those can be annoying huh. How did you capture that on your media player? I have media player and wouldn't have a clue how to put tv news on.

Let me assure everyone that in the peaceful little North Carolina Town where I live, a car like that would not continue to be mobile. The elimination of the annoyance might well not involve local law enforcement. Deputy Fife might not know what to do, and local citizens like me would rise to the occasion, deputize ourselves and restore order.
