Matched Pair 13" AGA's

Post by thom »

Here is a matched pair of 2003 French Tip 13" AGA's. Beautiful horn. The front of one matches the back of the other, and vice-versa. I am not sure why they didn't put the matching horn on the same knife. I guess to flip one over when displayed.

That batch had some of the best horn I have ever seen.

Another shot of it with a 15" mop and an 18" with killer stag.

I liked the color of the horn so much I contacted Lucio Dibon over in Maniago for that color of horn for restoration work.
Here is what he sent me. Not quite the same but gorgeous.
